The manner of linking of the stone blocks in the bridge - in every radial coupler as a link between the two adjacent layers have been mounted the metal - thorns- of wrought iron sizing 30 x 30 and 40 x 40 mm and having length 160-220 mm. The iron thorns have been mounted upwards to the coupler level and they have been cast with lead.
